Why because the person who cooked the meal forgot one important thing, flavor. Flavor comes with good old fashioned marinating. It’s not complicated and most stores carry packets of seasoning that you mix with water or olive oil. It’s as easy as putting the meat in a pan, pour the seasoning over the meat, cover it with plastic, thrown it in the fridge for 24 hours, then grill.
