Benefits of Omega 3 Supplementation

Citrus Omega There is more than one reason I take Citrus Omega as a part of my daily supplement routine. The benefits are numerous. Fat loss, cardiovascular health, lessened joint pain, and  it is linked to helping cognitive functions are some of the many proven benefits. Types of Omega 3's There are 3 types of Omega 3's. These are ALA, DHA and EPA.
