Alysha’s Protein Packed Cheesecake. 9 Carbs a Slice!
For this week’s recipe, I’m giving you the ultimate “clean cheat”; protein cheesecake! The Cheese Cake Factory can keep their sugar and fats, this recipe is just as good and can keep you on track! I also threw in my favorite protein, Axis Labs Clutch Whey protein, to help those macro numbers! Alysha’s Protein Cheesecake (Serves 2-3, nutrition info for 1 slice) What’s In It:
- 10 Ounces Fat Free Cream Cheese
- 12 Ounces Plain Fat Free Greek Yogurt
- 2 Large Eggs
- 3/4 Cup Stevia baking sweetener
- 1/4 Teaspoon Sea Salt
- 2 Scoops Axis Labs Clutch Whey Protein (vanilla or chocolate, whatever you’re craving!)
- 10-15 Drops Liquid Stevia sweetener (Optional)
- 1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- Walden Farms Chocolate or Caramel Syrup (Optional)
- Combine all ingredients into mixing bowl and stir vigorously.
- Spray cake pan with non-stick spray and place parchment paper inside the pan.
- Place cake pan in a preheated oven at 325 degrees and let bake for 2-3 minutes.
- Place cake pan in fridge for 4-6 hours (overnight is best)
